This establishment is one of the few that tries to do its best to welcome us in these difficult times. Warm welcome, attentive staff, spacious and immaculate room. You feel privileged to be able to eat in a room transformed into a private restaurant where you are served local products, enhanced if you wish with a good bottle that you have been advised. The wellness area is a pleasant place to relax.

Nice with atmosphere - On a 3 day stay, hotel offers very nice architecture, rooms well furnished, great terrace and views, good spa, etc... staff is friendly and available, nice lounge bar and restaurant (quality maybe not excellent but perfect for a good dinner). Definitely to recommend, for a relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Anova. The hotel is not too big, and is tastefully decorated with lots of character and friendly staff. Pros: Cosy and nicely decorated; Excellent breakfast in restaurant with a beautiful view; Pleasant bar area; Nice pool/spa area; Quirky bedroom set over two levels; High quality restaurant; Ski lockers etc. Cons: Location-on the outskirts of the village in terms of restaurants etc.; The restaurant is too pricey to eat at every day, unless you get a good half board deal; The spa is only free of charge in the mornings. We would recommend it, that said. The only things we would change is that it would be good if the shuttle bus (nothing to do with the hotel obviously) ran in the evening, even if at a reduced timetable as we liked to go into the village-it’s not a long walk, but with children who are tired and cold it would have made it easier. Also, it would be great if the bar served snacks as without self-catering facilities your options were limited without walking down to the village as I’ve said. The spa being free of charge in the mornings only may be better with a booking system for free slots instead of the (hefty) fee for afternoon use!

We have been to Anova many times now and it is such a great hotel, the staff are all very attractive and very friendly and helpful too!!! The service in the restaurant and cosy bar is top notch too, the location of the hotel is second to none for ski in - ski out. The rooms are lovely, some with great views of the mountains. We hope to be back again soon.

Rooms were comfortable, with clean and stylish bathrooms. Breakfast was good. You can buy your ski pass at reception. Bar was welcome for a nightcap. Onsite ski shop, and you can effectively ski out. My only criticism was that despite having a spa, even guests have to pay for it.
